Fine dine cruising An amazing cruise in Lan Ha Bay with Heritage Cruise. The 5 course dinner each evening was fine dining at its best. Every member of staff smiling and attentive and ensuring everyone had a superb experience. The weather turned out rather cooler than we had anticipated and the crew lent my wife one of their staff jackets to keep her warm, which was service beyond our expectation. Excellent side trips and kayaking on offer. We’d never cruised before and thoroughly loved this experience. Thank you Heritage Cruises. An outstanding experience.

Loved it!! Even though we went during the cloudy season, the views were immaculate. Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to ask for all their names but the staff were extremely polite and catering (ESPECIALLY XENA!!). Music was also amazing, the musician played so many instruments and he was very talented all all of them it was amazing to see traditional Vietnamese instruments. The food was delicious and also staff asked several times to confirm and cater to any needs and drink selections were plentiful. I would also recommend attending all the activities if you are wanting to experience and immerse yourself in ha long bay. Would definitely recommend! Side note this cruise is more so catered towards an older audience it gets quiet very early on. If you are young and wanted to party through the night this might not be entirely desired. HOWEVER!!! this does not mean that the activities are catered towards an older age range.

Excellent crew service The service of the crew was exceptional especially Mr. Nilo as he always sees to it that we (and other guests as well) are well taken care of. What I also liked abt Heritage is that although it is not "modern" looking, it is no way an old ship. More importantly, theres only a maximum of 30 rooms so it is not that crowded compared to other cruises. The rooms themselves were also HUGE as a result. True, it dont have that party vibe during the evening but if you just want to enjoy the view peacefully then Heritage is the way to go.

Exceptional Cruise Experience Our two night cruise was exceptional! Mrs. Huong went above and beyond when we needed to change our booking dates, showing kindness and integrity. The staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived and their warmth continued throughout the trip. The boat is beautiful and our room well appointed, with oversized picture windows and a spacious balcony. The food was elegantly presented and also delicious. The off boat activities were quite memorable and always organized well. I highly recommend Heritage for your Ha Long Bay getaway.

Prima voor 1 of 2 nachten Éen nacht geslapen op dit fijne schip. Wat een prachtige boot en een geweldige ‘hut’ hadden wij. Het ziet er allemaal zo goed verzorgd en netjes uit. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en zorgt voor een relaxte reis. Het eten was prima en de kook cursus die werd aangeboden was ook erg leuk. Kortom, een aanrader.

Magical cruise with exceptional service What an amazing cruise! We had a fantastic time on Heritage Binh Chuan, all of the staff are fantastic and cater to your every need. The food is exceptional and plentiful!The boat is really luxurious and you are spoiled. Thoroughly recommend it.

Amazing Cruise Experience My Husband and I had booked the 2 nights and 3 days package. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the port for collection. This is a very well organised tour group and everything ran smoothly. We were taken out to the cruise ship, short ten minute on a tender boat. What can I say, we were greeted by staff smiling and waving and from that moment, we felt like very special guests. The room was great, clean and a small balcony with floor to ceiling windows for optimum view. The food was amazing, plentiful and great presentation. The boat was beautiful and we were lucky as they were not booked to full capacity as not busy season. Our tour company picked Heritage Cruises as it is so overwhelming as too many to choose. So glad as I felt like the whole time was a " pinch me moment". The 2 tours on the ship were okay but tricky to be honest as the weather not in our favour. Dhat our island cycle guide was a young knowledgeable tour guide with some great inside about for the locals and fisherman. Thank you to the beautiful Zenia and Chi who was super sweet.

Best experience We totally recommend Heritage Cruise. The staff is amazing. The managers Nido and Nguyen were so nice. They make you feel well. Best services. All the food was very good. We tried every day different Vietnamese specialties. The activities are cool also. The view of Halong bay looks like a movie. The room is very high quality with a very nice bathroom. Everything was perfect from departure at the port to the final day. The staff also offered us a nice surprise for our honeymoon. Best experience.
