Firstly, on behalf of the management board and all staffs of Lux Cruises, we would like to express our sincere thanks to all of you for your strong co-operation and kind supports to us so far.
With aim to improve constantly the high quality of service to our mutual guests in the upcoming time for high-season inbound travelers, therefore, we have been planning for annual dry dock for maintenance.
In order to ensure for this dry dock and renovation will not affect to the guests, we decide to close completely the Heritage Binh Chuan Cruises for the period from 16th Sept 2022 to 3rd Oct 2022. So, we are writing this letter to announce you about it and ask for your kind co-operation in the renovation period.
We do not receive any bookings for the above period for Heritage Binh Chuan, however Emperor Cruises Legacy Halong remain operational as usual. We do apology for any inconvenience may may caused to you and the guests.
We do hope that you can see that we are sincere in building a long- term win-win partnership. We ensure our guests safe and 100% satisfied with our continued improvements and high quality of service after maintenance. We keep our boutique cruise beautiful as always.
